OUR AMBITION

Strategic alignment: Our company adheres to HIVEGLOBAL’s commitments.

As a socially responsible company, HIVEGLOBAL’s mission is to select conscientious and competent professionals who contribute to the transition of organisations in a rapidly changing society. Given the priority of environmental and societal issues for humanity, it is time to engage our employees and subsidiaries more significantly to accelerate the scope and impact of our actions. CSR is not a passing trend; it is a fundamental shift.

Our CSR strategy is structured around six key areas of commitment, developed following an extensive consultation process with HIVEGLOBAL’s internal and external stakeholders.

ENVIRONMENT

As a key player in the green economy, HIVEGLOBAL pursues an ambitious environmental policy to help combat climate change. Working tirelessly every day to reduce its clients’ carbon footprint, HIVEGLOBAL is firmly committed to finding solutions. #ActTogetherForAGreenerWorld.

ECONOMY

Responsible purchasing, employee share ownership, zero tolerance for corruption... these are just some of the principles that form part of our strategy. This ethical responsibility applies to our employees and to the ecosystem of our subsidiaries and partners. It enables us to work with confidence and create a virtuous business model.

INVESTMENT

HIVEGLOBAL’s business model involves investing 60% of its net profits after tax in various sectors: property, sustainable development, and the social and solidarity economy; we also invest in R&D to prepare the company for the future in a greener world.

SOCIAL

In a highly competitive sector, HIVEGLOBAL is committed to developing and retaining talent by ensuring a good quality of life at work, opportunities for professional development and constructive dialogue with staff. HIVEGLOBAL is committed to the well-being of its employees because they are the company’s greatest asset.

SOCIETAL

Gender equality, inclusion of people with disabilities, diversity of backgrounds, intergenerational balance… HIVEGLOBAL pursues a proactive anti-discrimination policy and promotes diversity in terms of gender, backgrounds and expertise. This commitment is set out in the Diversity Charter.

PATRONAGE

HIVEGLOBAL works in the public interest, with all its teams operating in close collaboration with care homes. In line with their respective missions, HIVEGLOBAL actively supports the LUDICSAN association, which plans to become a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest (SCIC) by 2029; this organisation runs projects in the field of inclusion in France, Switzerland and Belgium.

Alternative types of compensation:

  • Indexing of salaries to inflation
  • Paternity leave to be voted on by employees every two years
  • After 1 year with the company = Various CSE discounts
  • After 2 years with the company = Profit-sharing scheme
  • After 3 years with the company = Annual one-off bonus
  • After 4 years with the company = Company car
  • After 5 years with the company = Company accommodation

Bonus:

  • Each employee receives a 10% commission for each client brought in and paid.
  • Special for lawyers: Bonus per section
