TIH Subcontractor
HIVEGLOBAL IS A TIH SUBCONTRACTOR
In 1987, a first step was taken towards the employment of disabled workers. Since 2005, companies subject to the disability levy have been able to use subcontracting organisations. These include, for example, Work-based Support Establishments and Services (ESAT), Adapted Establishments (EA) and Home-based Work Distribution Centres (CDTD).
Since 2016, it has also been possible to engage Self-employed Disabled Workers (TIH). Signing a contract with a TIH is, above all, a way of supporting the entrepreneur, valuing their work and thereby promoting the employment of a person with a disability, who will provide you with their expertise on an ad hoc basis. Far from replacing an employee, the TIH therefore represents added value for your business.
Engaging a TIH demonstrates your social responsibility and your commitment to combating discrimination and exclusion against people with disabilities; it will also bring a new dynamism to your company’s organisation. It is also a gesture to highlight to your partners, a commitment that will be recognised by the general public and your potential clients and partners.
REDUCE YOUR DISABILITY CONTRIBUTIONS & LAUNCH OR ACCELERATE YOUR CSR POLICY
Details on how the reduction works: The law requires all companies (or public organisations) with more than 20 employees to employ at least 6% of workers with disabilities or, failing that, to pay a ‘disability contribution’.
Organisations subject to the OETH (Obligation to Employ Disabled Workers) are encouraged to use subcontractors, thanks to a 30% deduction from the total labour cost of the services provided. The amount to be deducted from the AGEFIPH contribution is capped at:
- Benefit A => 50% if the employment rate is below 3%
- Benefit B => 75% if the employment rate is above 3%
Hiring self-employed disabled workers (TIH, EA or ESAT) and CDTD staff is therefore a way to benefit from financial advantages whilst boosting your CSR policy.
You will find the identification number on all our quotes and invoices to claim your tax relief entitlement.
